Terms & Conditions
Here at Massage Me & Beautify You we get you, we understand that things don’t always go as planned that’s why we love to remain flexible while still having a few policies in place to ensure things are smooth sailing for you and us. We want you to feel like you’re in good hands and that your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable.
1. For your ease, we offer two automated reminder services. An email reminder 7 days before your appointment and a sms reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can also view your upcoming appointments by logging in to your booking profile - not sure how? Send us a message and we’ll be more than happy to show you.
2. We’d love for you to arrive 5-10min early so that you can complete your consultation and enjoy a delicious cup of herbal tea. We understand that everyone is busy, but we also know that getting a cup of tea can be the best part of your day!
3. If you’re running late, we get that! We’ll try our very best to work around it. However, we do run by appointment, and therefore late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be unable to be serviced if it will affect other clients bookings, and if so, the cancellation policy will apply.
4. All no-shows, rescheduling and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur the full cost of the appointment. If there are numerous no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a future booking may be refused.
5. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
6. If you ever need to cancel a treatment outside of our 24hr cancellation notice period, no problems! We'll refund your deposit as a salon credit to be used at a later date. Credits never expire, and can be used towards any service or products so if you're feeling like a little R&R later on, just phone us to book another appointment! If you would prefer a refund, please email us at massageme@xtra.co.nz; however refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee.
7. We know you're going to love our work. But if for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with the service you received from us, we will always be happy to work with you to find a solution. We take great pride in our work and want to make sure that it meets your needs. If you ever have any feedback or suggestions for how we can do better, please just let us know - we want everyone’s experience at Massage Me & Beautify You to be the best it can possibly be!
8. If you have children - fantastic! We love them too! But we also know how important it is for you to have some time out, which is why when you come to our salon we ask that you please don’t bring your children unless they are having treatments themselves, we want to make sure that you and our other guests have the relaxing experience that you need!
9. All prices include GST. All prices are subject to variation without notice.

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase and can be used for any service at Massage Me & Beautify You. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash and must be presented on arrival of your appointment. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or promotion including our seasonal escapes. Last minute cancellations, rescheduling & no show policy applies to all gift voucher bookings.
LASER PACKAGES & SKIN SERIES
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchasing and completed within 12-18 months and are non-refundable. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to each appointment to fill in the medical form, we need your information and signature to be able to carry out treatments. Missed appointments will result in treatments deducted from your packages/series.
